Our Cleaning Process

When it comes to industrial warehouses and factory cleaning, we understand the key challenges and have the best tools for the job. From power scrubbers to industrial steam cleaners and high-pressure washers, no industrial dirt or grease is ever an issue.

Here’s a comprehensive breakdown of our warehouse cleaning process:

STEP 1: The Prep Work

Before getting ready to clean, our technicians ensure that they remove any items from the floor or other surfaces that hinder the cleaning process. Also, remove vehicles such as forklifts and trucks from the area.

Step 2: Preliminary Cleaning

It is always a good idea to remove significant spots of dirt and debris before starting in-depth cleaning. This will cut down the overall time required.

Step 3: Addressing High Areas

This approach can prevent having to clean the floors twice as cleaning any high surfaces first might result in the debris falling to the lower levels. We use an extension pole with a duster head or an industrial-grade vacuum cleaner for this.

Step 4: Floors

After taking care of all the high places, the focus shifts to the floor. The majority of the injuries in a warehouse comprise slips, trips, and falls. Thus, it is essential to pay special attention to the floor, the areas underneath the racks, and other nooks and crannies. First, we start by using a large mop to clear the debris and dust, and it is followed up with using a degreaser and cleaning the toughest stains, such as tire marks from the forklifts.

Step 5: Reviewing the Checklist

A checklist can ensure that no spots were accidentally missed while cleaning. So, before the cleaning session gets over, we review the checklist.
